Returns: Merchandise returned must be in original condition with original packaging with a prior RA (Return Authorization).
If an item is returned as defective but is later determined not to be defective upon being received and inspected by our Returns department, T.Z. Case will not be responsible for the return shipping charges. If a call tag was issued for the return of the item, the amount of shipping will be charged back to the customer or vendor who reported a defect and requested a call tag.
